Riverside South was a defunct 77-acre rail yard on the southwest corner of the Upper West Side. Now it is a growing neighborhood with access to one of New York’s greatest parks and views of the Hudson River.<br/>

Extell’s Riverside Center will complete the development of the Riverside South neighborhood. This transitional area, located between midtown and industrial uses across 59th Street and residential areas to the north and east of the site, presents an incredible opportunity to anchor Riverside South with neighborhood retail and amenities.
